Refund & Return

We stand behind the quality of Darekey products, but we also recognize that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, aligning with UK consumer rights.

Standard 14-Day Returns For all standard, non-customized products, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return window. This timeframe begins on the day you, or a nominated third party, physically receive the goods.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be strictly unused, unworn, unwashed, and completely free from odors or stains.

  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • All original brand tags and labels must remain attached and intact.

Customized and Personalized Items Because customized items are created specifically to your unique specifications, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom-made goods. We strongly encourage you to triple-check all spelling, sizing, and design details before completing checkout for a personalized item. The only exception to this rule is if a customized item arrives damaged, defective, or if an error was made on our end during production.

How to Initiate a Return Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with specific return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refund Processing and Return Shipping Costs Unless an item is faulty or we shipped the incorrect product, customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in transit on their way back to us.

Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect it. If approved, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
