Welcome to Darekey. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you are entering into a legally binding contract governed by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

General Conditions and Order Acceptance By placing an order through Darekey, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email; however, this does not mean your order has been accepted. Order acceptance and the formation of the contract between us only occur when we dispatch the products to you. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Pricing and Payment All prices displayed on the Darekey website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP/£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total amount due. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error for an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Customization Accuracy For orders involving personalized or custom details, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided at checkout. Production begins shortly after order placement, meaning changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated once the manufacturing process has started.

Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights associated with the Darekey brand—including our logos, website design, text, graphics, product designs, and photographic content—are the exclusive property of Darekey. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or our intellectual property without express written permission from us.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darekey shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price of that product. We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure events, such as industrial action, natural disasters, or severe supply chain disruptions).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
